How to check your Order History

You can always check the status on an active order that you placed with us.   

If you did not open a Lloyd Gems account and did not enter a password when you placed your order, you can still check on your order by contacting our customer service directly at 800-325-5693 or email us at lloydgemsjewelry@gmail.com during our business hours. (Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm EST.)

However, please note that creating an account can benefit you in the following ways:

  • You can track your orders easily.
  • You can keep records of all your purchases.
  • You can store multiple shipping addresses.
  • You can login to your account every time you are ready to browse or make a purchase.

How do I store shipping information on the website?

If you provide a password with an order, you will be able to login as a "Registered Customer" and retrieve your "Order History" as well as your billing and shipping information. You can also log into Your Account to update your billing information and change your mailing preferences.
