Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping & Handling Rates

1. Free Regular Shipping on all orders $25 and over; delivery date approx. 7 -10 Business days.

2. Regular Shipping for all orders under $25 – flat shipping charge of $9.95 is to be paid by customer for order to be shipped via USPS ; delivery date is approx. 7 -10 Business days.

3. Express Delivery and Overnight Delivery available upon request and shipping charges are to be paid by customer.

Regular and Express Domestic Delivery options

Regular Delivery for in-stock merchandise will take approx. 7 – 10 business days.

Overnight shipping (for an additional cost) is available for delivery on the next regular business day.

Express 2-Day shipping (for an additional cost) is available for delivery in 2 regular business days.

All Express Delivery orders need to be placed by 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for express delivery.

Saturday Delivery (For an additional cost) - Saturday is not a regular business day: if you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-800-325-5693 for delivery options based upon your specific location.*

Other Relevant Information:

· Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however Regular Delivery will take an extra 3 days.
· If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly.
· If your order value is greater than $1,000, a signature will be required at the time your package is delivered.
· We require a recipient’s telephone number on all orders
· Express or Next-Day Service cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
· Items that are weight or size prohibitive or require resizing or personalization may not qualify for 2-Day or Overnight Service.

Shipping offer exclusions:

A $15 shipping surcharge on domestic orders applies to customers living outside the contiguous United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands.

When shipping to multiple addresses, only shipping to the first address will qualify for Shipping Offer; Standard Shipping will apply to all other addresses.

Shipping Offers cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to US Territories or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Promotions

Free shipping or any promotional discount or allowance will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include premium shipping charges or International orders.

International Orders & Shipping

· At this time we do not accept international orders and some items may not be available for international sales or shipment.
· We are currently working on providing this service and plan to partner with a trusted third party service such as Borderfree Global Ecommerce to ship worldwide.
- · For Duties and Taxes due on international orders, you may have the option to select a guaranteed landing cost (no additional charges at delivery). If the guaranteed landing cost option is available in your market and through your preferred carrier, you will pay the duties and taxes at checkout and no additional charges will be due upon delivery. If your market and or carrier requires you to remit payment for duties and taxes upon delivery, you will not be charged at checkout, and will need to make the payment arrangements with the carrier upon delivery.
